Foundations of Vinyasa Curious about the Power Vinyasa classes but not sure where to start? Have you been to a few classes and feel overwhelmed with the new poses? Join Paula and Kyra to learn the foundations of a vinyasa yoga practice. We'll cover alignment and modifications for common poses like Down Dog, Up Dog, high and low plank, side plank, and Warrior I and II, as well as the transitions that make up the "flow" of a vinyasa practice. Bring your questions, a mat, and towel. This workshop is non-heated.
Kyra and Paula are leading an "Intro to Vinyasa" workshop on Sunday, December 12, from 2-4PM. This is a great opportunity to learn the techniques, tips, and tricks of Vinyasa.
The workshop will not be heated , and will cost $15 to pre-register, $20 to sign up on the day of the workshop. Purchase and register here.

Ajayan has been exploring and teaching a variety of
meditation practices since 1970. In the early 70s, he
spent several years studying in residence under
Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, founder of the Transcendental
Meditation Program®. Since then he has traveled the
globe continuing an impassioned exploration of
consciousness and developing human potential
through various meditation and yogic practices.
From 1994 to 1998 Ajayan studied with India's most widely revered living woman saint,
Mata Amritanandamayi (Amma), and serving as the meditation teacher there.
