As one who is passionate about expanding her own knowledge in all aspects of life, she chose to deepen her practice and training. In early 2011, Tina completed her 200 hour Vinyasa Teacher Training with CorePower Yoga.
In her classes, Tina combines all elements of a well-rounded practice: Attention to detail (alignment), awareness of breath (pranayama), open to grace (attitude), intelligent sequencing (vinyasa krama), as well as Ayurveda, visualization, and meditation. Tinaís classes are designed to strengthen, tone and open every area of the body while offering clarity and focus to the studentís mind, body and spirit.
The capacity for yoga to help, heal and change is powerful. Having the ability to offer that to her students is inspirational.
