Hot Hatha Yoga
For students of all levels, Hot Hatha yoga is a total body workout. The series includes breathing exercises and static, isometric postures designed to work every muscle, organ, joint, gland, tendon, ligament, and cell in the body. A heated room facilitates flexibility and blood circulation, thereby increasing mobility, while preventing injury. Each Hatha class is 60, 75 or 90 minutes in duration.

Power Vinyasa Yoga
Also for students of all levels, Power Vinyasa yoga is a continuous moving series of yoga postures offering a vigorous workout to build strong, lean muscles. Occasionally set to music this heated class is designed to take your workout endurance to a new level. Each Vinyasa class is 60 or 75 minutes in duration.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga offers relaxing and restorative floor-based practice for all levels in a non-heated room. Poses are passively held for longer time to encourage deep stretching of connective tissues. Postures focus on hips, lower spine and pelvic areas.

In order to participate in class you MUST have:
1. Yoga mat:
we do not rent Yoga mats; we sell latex-free mats
2. Bath towel: available for rent
3. Water: we provide filtered water for free and sell bottled water
