I've been doing yoga as long as I can remember (things start getting pretty blurry before 1993 but you get the picture)I had an inguinal hernia about seven years ago and could do much for about four years that didn't worsen the healing process. After gaining a bunch of weight my friend got me into power vinyasa because it had helped her. Right away I did my teacher training so I could give yoga to others. I almost solely practice Power Vinayasa but I'm adding more HOT and loving that. I am inspired constantly by the opporotunity to mentor people on their yoga path. I don't have kids, and cats don't do much yoga; so to have a big room of people who are stoked on the practice like I am, is enough to inspire anyone. I have made along this path. I hope to share with many more and to learn from them as well.
